At Global Empowerment School of Ministry, we are dedicated to offering affordable and accessible education while upholding excellence and integrity in ministry training. Below you will find detailed information regarding tuition & program costs, payment options, and enrollment policies.

$50 Non-Refundable Application Fee


Required for all applicants

🎓 Program Tuition


**Bachelor Program**


Full Tuition: $1,500


Monthly Payment Plan: $107/month


**Master's Program**


Full Tuition: $1,600


Monthly Payment Plan: $114/month


**Doctoral Program**


Full Tuition: $1,800


Monthly Payment Plan: $128/month


**Dual Degree Program (Master’s + Doctorate) **


Full Tuition: $2,000


Monthly Payment Plan: $142/month


Please note that dual degree enrollment is subject to approval and academic eligibility.

Tuition payments are necessary to maintain enrollment and ensure continued course access. Students facing financial hardship are encouraged to communicate with administration.


📅 Monthly Tuition Policy


Tuition is due on the 5th of each month. Tuition payments are non-refundable once the month has started, and students remain financially responsible unless they officially withdraw.


🚪 Withdrawal Policy


To officially withdraw from a program, students must:


- Submit a written notice to school leadership

- Confirm final date of participation

- Settle any outstanding tuition or material fees


⚠️ Students who withdraw without notice may not be eligible for re-enrollment without review.


❗Course Cancellation Policy


If Global Empowerment School of Ministry cancels a course or program, students will receive a credit or tuition adjustment as appropriate.

Open Enrollment


October 1 – December 30 (Annually)


Applications for the Bachelor Program, Master's Program, or Doctoral Program must be submitted and approved during this period to begin the upcoming academic year.


Program Length


All programs operate on a 14-month academic term.


Term Start: January 1


Term End: First week of March (following year)


Graduation


Held annually in April.


The exact date will be announced in advance.


Course Structure


February–March:

Final phase for current students, including:


Thesis work


Final exams


Paper submissions


No online classes during this period.


New Classes Begin in January


Courses are conducted online and are designed to prevent overlap with graduating classes.


Syllabus Updates


Syllabi may vary by program, including the Bachelor Program and Master's Program.


All updates will be:


Provided in advance


Prepared and finalized by the Program Director


Communicated clearly to students before implementation.

All work must be submitted by the deadline.


Late work requires instructor approval.


Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.


Grading Scale


A: 90–100%


B: 80–89%


C: 70–79%


D: 60–69%


F: 59% and below


(Grading criteria may vary by program and will be clearly communicated.)

Students may contact instructors or leadership via approved communication channels.


Students are responsible for checking messages and announcements regularly.


Responses will be provided in a timely and professional manner, ensuring clarity regarding Tuition & Program Costs.

📚 Academic Standards To maintain academic excellence in our Bachelor Program, Doctoral Program, and Master's Program, students must: 


Submit assignments on time (unless prior approval is given) 

Maintain consistent attendance and participation 

Complete all required coursework for graduation. 


Failure to meet these academic standards may impact grades or academic standing. 


🎓 Student Expectations As a student of Global Empowerment School of Ministry, you are expected to: 


Demonstrate Christian character, integrity, and humility 

Engage respectfully with instructors and classmates 

Complete assignments with diligence and honesty 

Participate fully in discussions and learning activities 

Maintain confidentiality in ministry-related matters 

Communicate professionally and respectfully.

Students are expected to:

Prohibited Conduct 


Disrespectful or disruptive behavior 

Harassment or intimidation 

Cheating or plagiarism 

Sharing confidential information 

Repeated disruptions 


Disciplinary Actions 


Depending on the severity, actions may include: 


Verbal warning 

Written warning 

Temporary suspension 

Dismissal from the program 


GESOM reserves the right to withdraw any student whose behavior compromises the integrity of the learning environment or biblical values.
